Here is the brand new kitchen unit range designed by the Customshop team. We have been designing, manufacturing and supplying VW camper components to the trade and public for over 15 years now.

This listing is for a unit designed to fit all SWB Mercedes Sprinter (1996 - 2006). And have been scribed to perfectly fit the vehicles contours. We also manufacture for other makes / models in SWB and LWB versions, please check out our shop on the link below. The units are made from high quality 15mm light weight plywood with a tough / durable laminate on both sides and are precision cut on our in house CNC machine. They are offered in a range of 20 standard colours (more available on request, main advertised unit is built from the'Driftwood' range with silver trim) we can also supply with black gloss worktops if required.

Please note that extra charges apply for orders in white spark & black spark. H any choice of 11 trim colours fitted (see pics for the range). And all parts are recessed for extra strength and durability and also pre pilot holed for a smooth / easy installation (approx 45mins).

The units are designed to work with all standard 3/4 (1200mm) rock'n' roll beds. We can also manufacture for all bed widths (1250mm) including RIB beds. We offer an alternative design to accommodate the SMEV oven if required. We have constructed sample units in our showroom which customers are more than welcome to view to see the high build quality of the product and we can also install if required when collected.

The standard units are made to fit a standard 1.8 metre bed frame. These are just a few of the features that make our products stand out from other products on the market. Streamlined sprung loaded locking handles to all doors / drawers. All units feature recessed joints for additional strength.

Designed to accommodate Weaco CR50 or similar sized fridge / freezer. Can pre cut out the worktop for your sink unit if notified when ordering. Pre scribed to fit perfectly to the contours of your vehicle for easy installation.

Step by step fitting instructions with pictures. Flush fit doors with high quality hinges. Soft close metal box drawer with solid base and back. Easy access high quality tambour door in top / bottom rear cupboard section - increasing maximum access in your storage space. The following postcodes incur additional charges.
